Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how GEN Z VID handles personal information when you use its Supabase-backed website at gen-z-vid-supabase.mirpurentertainmentn.chatgpt.site and the Android and Windows apps that access that service. The service is provided under the MIRPUR ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK / PMB SIAM brand. Privacy requests should be sent to the contact in section 11.

External websites and services have their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace Google's, Microsoft's or another provider's policy, and it does not imply that those companies operate GEN Z VID.

2. Information processed

• Account information: account identifiers, Google provider identifiers, email address, profile name and profile picture supplied through sign-in, and preferences you save. Google processes your Google password; GEN Z VID does not ask for or receive that password.
• Profiles and content: channel names, handles, descriptions, links, selected photos or branding, videos/audio or their URLs, captions, comments, community posts, playlists and other information you submit. Verification or artist-channel applications can contain the information and supporting links you choose to provide.
• Activity: viewing/watch progress, history, likes, subscriptions/follows, saved items, searches or interactions used by app features, creator statistics, notifications and reports. Which records are created depends on the feature used and whether you are signed in.
• Communications: messages and attachments you send, conversation participants, timestamps and related delivery/read information. Calling features process audio/video streams and connection information through the calling provider. Do not assume communications are end-to-end encrypted.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser/device and operating-system information, request times, errors and security/connection information may be processed by the app's hosting, authentication, media, advertising and calling services when your device connects to them.
• Support requests: information you include in an email, report or privacy request, including information needed to verify that the request concerns your account.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to sign you in and maintain your session; operate profiles, channels, media, messages and calls; save preferences and watch progress; provide discovery, recommendations and creator statistics; handle support and moderation reports; protect accounts and prevent abuse; troubleshoot and maintain the service; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the service you request, legitimate operational/security interests, legal obligations, or your permission/consent for features that require it. Granting a device permission is separate from agreeing to unrelated advertising or tracking.

4. Public content and sharing

Content you publish publicly, including channel details, public posts, comments and associated engagement, can be viewed, copied or reshared by others. Selected audience or visibility settings affect normal access within the app; they cannot prevent recipients from making their own copies. Messages are intended for their participants rather than public display. Authorized service administration and providers may need access to stored information to operate, secure, support or moderate the service.

Information is shared with the providers needed for the feature you use, people you communicate with or audiences you select. It may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address abuse, security issues or a lawful request. Do not upload someone else's private information without an appropriate right or permission.

5. Hosting, authentication and third-party services

These providers may process information outside your country. Their own retention, security and privacy settings also apply. This policy does not claim that all personal information stays in one country.

6. Cookies, local storage and device permissions

The website and app browser can store sign-in sessions, authentication tokens, preferences and feature state using cookies, local storage or session storage. Embedded media and advertising providers can use their own storage or identifiers. Provider/browser controls may limit these uses; disabling storage can affect login or playback.

Camera and microphone permissions are used when you choose recording or calling features. File selection provides the files you select for upload; it is not permission to browse all files on your device. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device, browser or app settings. Notifications depend on the feature and permissions available on your device.

On Windows, Google sign-in may open your system browser and return a session through a temporary local callback on your own computer. Normal app use then continues inside the app. Android can use a browser-backed app view and the browser's sign-in session.

7. Advertising and embedded players

Some playback features make advertising requests using Google IMA, and embedded services such as YouTube can show their own advertising. Those providers may use network/device details, cookies and playback or ad events according to their policies and the choices available to you. Creator statistics and advertising-related interactions can be used to measure playback and engagement. This policy does not promise that third-party players are tracking-free or advertisement-free.

8. Retention and security

Account and content records are kept for as long as needed to operate the features you use, maintain your account, address support/security matters and meet applicable obligations. Some provider logs, backups or records needed for legal or abuse-prevention purposes may remain after a deletion request. Public copies saved or reshared by other people are outside our direct control.

The service uses HTTPS and account/access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account secure and do not share login links, session tokens or passwords. Uninstalling an app or clearing browser storage does not by itself delete server-side account or content records.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit information through available profile/channel controls, use available content or visibility controls, sign out, revoke device permissions and manage Google or browser privacy settings. To request access to your personal information, correction, account/content deletion or another applicable privacy right, email the address below. Rights and exceptions can depend on your location and applicable law.

For deletion requests, identify your channel/handle and the Google email used for the account, and explain whether you want specific content or the account and associated data removed. We may need to verify identity or ownership before acting. Do not email passwords, login tokens or government IDs. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements; verification, the scope of the request and provider retention can affect the steps and timing involved.

10. Children and policy changes

GEN Z VID is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate deletion requested. Users must also meet any higher age or parental-permission requirement applicable where they live.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current policy and update date will remain available at this address. Significant changes should be brought to users' attention through the service or another appropriate notice.

Supabase, Google/YouTube/বিজ্ঞাপন পরিষেবা, Cloudinary, ZEGO ও hosting provider ব্যবহৃত ফিচার অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে। Camera/microphone বা নির্বাচিত ফাইল কেবল সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচারে ব্যবহার করা হয়। Browser storage-এ login session ও পছন্দ সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে। অন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের player ও বিজ্ঞাপনের নিজস্ব privacy policy প্রযোজ্য।

অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন বা account/data deletion চাইতে mirpurentertainmentnetwork@gmail.com-এ লিখুন। Password, login token বা গোপন তথ্য পাঠাবেন না। অ্যাপ uninstall করলেই server-এর account বা কনটেন্ট মুছে যায় না। এই সেবা ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয়। উপরের ইংরেজি অংশে সম্পূর্ণ বিবরণ রয়েছে।
